An array of warm bagels. Including sundried tomato, chive and garlic cream cheese, and cheddar cheese. Add fresh fruit platter for $2.50/person.

Scrambled eggs, choice of bacon, ham or sausage, fresh home fries, croissants and a fresh fruit platter. Served with tea, juice and coffee.

Local triple A strip loin of beef…seasoned with our signature spices, cooked to perfection.
NS Maple glazed ham…. Maple smoked juicy bone in ham, scored and roasted to a golden brown.
Traditional turkey dinner… White and dark meat, Savoury stuffing cranberry sauce, butter milk mashed potatoes, butternut squash puree, pan gravy.
Grilled creole chicken breast… 6-8 oz chicken breast dry rubbed with our house seasoning grilled on the BBQ on location.
BBQ chicken kabobs… Chicken breast, sweet peppers, red onion, mushrooms and tomato marinated overnight, skewered then cooked on the BBQ.
Braised NS lamb shank…. Seasoned lamb shank, slowly braised in a rosemary, tomato both, falling off the bone deliciousness.
Grilled Atlantic Salmon… All our salmon are from Ashmeg seafood’s located in Sambro NS. Grilled center cut salmon filet with our famous maple bacon jam.
Stuffed sweet peppers… Seasoned rice stuffed sweet peppers, fantastic vegetarian option.
Ratatouille stuffed mushrooms… Large portobello mushroom caps stuffed with ratatouille then topped with double brie cheese.
Cheese stuffed tortellini… Creamy cheese stuffed tortellini, with grilled chicken, sundried tomato and spinach, in a tomato cream sauce.
