As an experienced Chef, having worked across Canada at top hotels, resorts, and restaurants.  I would like to be your guide to an exceptional, catering experience.

Executive Chef Andy Thomson hails from the small town of Wolfville, Nova Scotia. He is no stranger to the challenges of catering all group sizes. Whether a small get together of friends and family, to events with in excess of 1,500 guests, Chef Andy can help to make your event memorable.

  • Worked with some of Canada’s top chefs: Susur Lee, Mark McEwen, Mark Tuet, and Anthony Walsh, to name a few.
